What I do now

Start with the part of your day that feels least dependable: the way work moves, the care around your files, or one repeated task worth testing.

Workflow order

I start by watching how you really work. Not how it looks on paper, but how it goes on a busy Tuesday, with too many emails and a deadline that does not move. I follow one job from the first request to the finished file. Then I find the real snags: the invoice that waits three days for one approval, the folder named after a project that was renamed last spring, the task two people both think the other is doing. I fix them. You end with a calmer, clearer way through your day.

IT and data care

Storage, backups, access and networks are the quiet systems that hold your work together. I review where your work lives, how copies are made, who can reach what, and how the network is kept up. Where the fix is within my reach, I make it and record it. Where it needs a specialist, I tell you before you spend money. I also tell you what should be checked again, and when.

What you get first: after one look at how you work, a one-page written picture of your setup: what is sound, what is exposed, and the first three fixes, in order. The worst day to learn whether a backup works is the day you need it.

AI, used with care

I look for one small task that repeats every week: naming files, sorting incoming notes, drafting a first pass, checking that a copy exists. We set the rules before anything runs: what it may touch, what stays private, and who checks the result. I test it against the old way. If it does not save time without new risk, we do not use it. If it does, I write down the steps so a person can review them and take over.
